St. Patrick’s Boys and Girls Enjoy Blitz

Our 2nd and 3rd class hurlers and camogie players were togged and raring for action getting off the bus in Shoreline, Greystones last Thursday. They weren’t dissappointed either as Múinteoir Ciara had an excellent schedule lined up for both the boys and girls teams. Credit must also be paid to the Young Whistlers on the day who reffed the games with great confidence and fluidity. We played against teams from St Cronan’s NS and Greystones Educate Together. Each team played four games and there were goals galore in all games. Everybody got plenty of hurling, and touch and sttiking improved as the day went on. Our school coach, Peadar de Hora should be very proud of his charges as they tried their best and played with greating sportsmanship throughout. A great day all around.
