St. Patrick’s NS is a coeducational primary school under the patronage of the Archdiocese of Dublin. We pride ourselves on the strong community bond shared between students, parents, staff, and management alike, and we believe that this bond is fundamental to the success and happiness of our pupils.

Our experienced and supportive staff nurture an atmosphere wherein pupils can develop both academically and personally, and our broad range of extracurricular activities ensure that their natural gifts and interests are allowed extensive room to develop.

The enduring tradition of sports and music at St. Patrick’s NS is important to our identity as we believe that well-being and self-expression are essential to a child’s development. We also firmly believe in the power of positive reinforcement in our teaching methods and encourage each student to reach their full potential.

PLAY AREAS
There’s plenty of space for play at St. Patrick’s NS, with four main playgrounds allocated to junior, senior and middle classes. We also have a purpose-built enclosed playground with slide, climbing frame, and more. Our own playing field is where our pupils enjoy a wide range of activities, including P.E., sports, sports days, and field days. Classes are usually conducted on the playing field when the weather is warm and sunny, and the senior classes use this field for break-time during the drier months.
