Marathon Challenge 6th Class

The pupils of Mr Cuddihy's 6th class would like to thank Inbhear Dee Athletic Club for welcoming us to their new running track on the Hawkstown Rd. We had been completing the Marathon Kids initiative, running daily to complete the 42km marathon distance over an 8 week block. We completed the last kilometre on the track under the watchful eye of Noreen and Eithne. It is a great facility, and two of our pupils have recently joined the club. Hopefully more will follow on the back of their marathon success. Well done boys and girls!
