Goal Jersey Day

On Friday the 3rd of October we all wore in our favourite sports team jersey for Goal Jersey Day. It was great fun. Loads of us wore jerseys. We all took a school picture. Goal is a charity that helps the poorest of the poor. Goal was founded in 1977 by former sports journalist John O’Shea. Goal has raised a massive €790 million to help poor countries. Some of the current countries Goal is working in are Ethiopia, Haiti , Honduras, India, Kenya, Malawi, Niger, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, Zimbabwe and The Philippines.
