A Day in the Past: Ms. Dunne’s 1st Class

Ms. Dunne’s 1st Class had an unforgettable experience as they stepped back in time to explore life in Old Ireland! Dressed in fabulous period-inspired outfits, the students immersed themselves in traditional school activities. They practiced writing on chalkboards, learned old rhymes, played games like spinning tops and cat’s cradle, and counted with old-fashioned objects like buttons and beads. The children also showcased their creativity by drawing the school landscape on black card with chalk. It was a day of fun, learning, and appreciation for the past—a truly magical journey through time!
