Track and Field Event

58 pupils travelled to Greystones yesterday to take part in the athletics track and field event.  It was a brilliant day, enjoyed by all and we  won some medals too.  Thank you to Mrs. Murphy, Ms. Buckley, Ms. Neilan, Karen, Michelle and our  parent helpers, Sandi, Síle, Jean. Karen and Sarah.  Well Done to all our pupils who behaved excellently and represented our school so well.  Millie from 4th class won silver in the girls 500m.  Rachel from 4th class won bronze in the girls' javelin.  Deon from 4th class won gold in the boys' javelin.  Manuel and Marcus from 6th class won bronze in the high jump event.4th class boys won silver in the tug of war. i
